Chloe is a proud Aboriginal woman with Ngunnawal heritage, growing up along the Murray River in Tocumwal NSW.

Holding a Bachelor of Business Majoring in Marketing from RMIT University, Chloe has garnered valuable marketing experience across various industries, including Hospitality, Health Insurance, Education, and Transport. Her versatile roles have allowed her to develop expertise in branding, content, communications, digital marketing, and social media.

In her recent role as a Marketing Coordinator with a prominent engineering consultancy firm, Chloe excelled in various areas, leading the Industrial business sector for Australia and New Zealand. She orchestrated effective communications across multiple touchpoints, curated noteworthy podcast episodes, and played a crucial role in elevating the company’s brand presence. Additionally, Chloe took on other initiatives, supporting the People and Culture team in enhancing employee attraction and retention, successfully implementing an employee awards program, and rebranding the employee brand

After 12 months, Chloe was promoted into an advisory position and also became an active member of the organisation’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), where she led the organisation as the  RAP Champion. Her passion to build and create long term relationships with First Nations businesses and people gave Chloe a greater sense of purpose. Regularly collaborating and engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders, her time management and communication skills ensured the commitments of the organisation’s RAP were being met.

Chloe is known for her warm, enthusiastic personality, connecting with people to build key relationships with all stakeholders. She is creative and detail oriented, capable of providing innovative ideas and brainstorming.

Drawing from her marketing and relationship expertise, Chloe joins iDiC with shared values to strengthen and advance Indigenous businesses and entrepreneurs.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys Melbourne’s food and music culture, trialling recipes, keeping active and spending time enjoying the river or the beach with her family and friends.
