With 21+ years of experience in Executive HR Leadership, Kerrie has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of human behaviour, enabling her to drive positive change and inspire those around her.
As iDiC’s Director of Strategic Partnerships and a member of iDiC’s Leadership Team, Kerrie excels in partnering with the Indigenous business sector and senior business leaders to drive sustainable change.
Known for her ability to build trusted relationships, Kerrie is highly respected for her passion, pragmatism, and commercially driven approach in delivering solutions that align with business agendas, enhance performance, profitability, growth, value creation, and engagement. She is deeply committed to advocating for fairness and equality and believes in the power of collaboration to achieve a reconciled future for Australia.
Kerrie holds a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing and a Certificate of Business Management, further enhancing her skill set and knowledge base.
With her proud Aboriginal heritage, extensive leadership experience and dedication to social justice, Kerrie is a respected leader and catalyst for positive change for First Nations Australians.
Kerrie’s passion and dedication are evident through her involvement on the Boards of Burra Burra Aboriginal Corporation and Tri Mob, where she actively contributes to the empowerment of Indigenous communities and promotes equal opportunities.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Kerrie enjoys travelling, learning, keeping fit, dining out and spending time with family and friends. Kerrie is also the majority shareholder of Australia’s first Aboriginal-owned and majority female-led Indigenous business, JACK Hospitality Consulting.
