Jackie brings more than four decades of experience across property, governance, and operational administration in both government and commercial environments. With extensive expertise in property management, statutory compliance, procurement processes and legal documentation, Jackie is known for her precision, professionalism, and strong stakeholder relationships. Her background includes senior property roles at Port of Newcastle and Port Stephens Council, where she supported complex land management, asset systems and contract administration.
Across her career, Jackie has developed substantial knowledge in land tenure, property transactions, easements, survey plans, Certificate of Title processes and operational land registers. She has worked closely with legal teams, surveyors, developers and government agencies to coordinate leases, licences, contract agreements and statutory compliance activities.
Jackie’s experience includes five years as Property Paralegal at the Port of Newcastle and 27 years with Port Stephens Council, where she held roles such as Property Officer, Property & Assets System Officer and Accounts Payable Clerk. Her work has encompassed procurement, asset management systems, mapping tools (including Six Maps, ArcGIS and Metro Maps), government reporting and document management.
She is highly regarded for her strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage complex workflows, and commitment to high-quality, accurate outcomes. Jackie also has a deep understanding of legislative frameworks including the Local Government Act, Crown Lands Management Act, Roads Act, Land Valuation Act and other regulatory requirements relevant to property and land management.
